As many of you know, life in my neck of the woods has been in a turmoil for almost a year now. I like to keep writing and my private life seperate- but as most writer's will tell you, that is easier said than done at times.

There are moments that you are writing an amazing scene that you couldn't get out of your head and suddenly your child decides to tell you about a project they've known about for weeks that is due... tomorrow. Or there are times that all you want to do is sit and chill out with your favorite book but that load of laundry, dirty dishes, and the mountain of dust on the treadmill starts to call your name. I'm sure each of you are familiar with these momentary... road blocks.

Well- to put it lightly- my life has had an entire avalanche occur in a very short period of time. Unfortunately this has stifled my willingness, ability, and desire to write- let alone read, edit, (eat a whole box of chocolates), then repeat.

I wanted to let all of you know I'm slowly finding my way back out of the dark hole that has consumed my life and I greatly appreciate all of your patience during this time.

Lacey, Brandon, and Alex will be returning for your reading enjoyment in the third (and final) installment of 'The Crescent' series. I will back to working on 'Full Moon' hopefully within weeks.
